Local Bites will organically create lasting relationships between restaurants, locals, travelers, and ourselves. Local Bites is a food delivery service focused on local, family-owned restaurants. Our drivers will communicate with customers from start to finish in the order process. Drive on your own time with Local Bites. Our drivers are not viewed as employees but viewed as partners. LBD Drivers will receive PROFIT SHARE based deliveries completed at the end of each month. BONUSES will also be earned for monthly milestones (i.e., ten deliveries, 30 deliveries, etc.). Drivers will have a unique role in being the bridge of communication between customers and Local Bites. Drivers will be in text communication with the customer with updates on their delivery. This produces happier customers, which for drivers means heftier tips. • Be the face of Local Bites in restaurants and community • Use Google Voice for text communication to protect your phone number • Provide excellent customer service at all times • Be familiar with our market and customer base • Three contact points (Order received, arrived at the restaurant, on the way to the customer) WHAT QUALITIES MUST YOU HAVE? • Clean driving history within two years • Strategic thinker, tech-savvy • A great communicator in handling complex situations and a diverse team. • Mature, dependable • Desire to be the best version of himself/herself • Good integrity and represents Local Bites brand well • Ser
